About the role
- Commercial Finance Business Partner driving commercial insights and financial decision support for Perrigo's Australian market. Facilitating growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Insights by partnering with the Australian Market Lead and commercial team to deliver Net Revenue.
- Provide actionable financial insights on pricing strategies, G2N, A&P investment, product launches, and portfolio mix.
- Lead the 5-year Long Range Planning process and annual budgeting cycle.
- Maintain high forecast accuracy through weekly and monthly operating income updates.
- Champion initiatives to improve P&L performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliver finance training for non-finance teams.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant ( CPA/CA/CIMA)
- At least 5yrs within a highly commercial finance role in FMCG / Consumer goods industry
- Good understanding of the commercial drivers of a consumer business
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies
- Strong influencing & presentation skills
- A proactive attitude and positive approach to problem solving and challenges
- Expertise in excel and financial modelling.
- Experience in PowerBI and PowerPivot is a benefit
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing individuals and high-performing teams.
