About the role

  • Drive Commercial Insights by partnering with the Australian Market Lead and commercial team to deliver Net Revenue.
  • Provide actionable financial insights on pricing strategies, G2N, A&P investment, product launches, and portfolio mix.
  • Lead the 5-year Long Range Planning process and annual budgeting cycle.
  • Maintain high forecast accuracy through weekly and monthly operating income updates.
  • Champion initiatives to improve P&L performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver finance training for non-finance teams.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant ( CPA/CA/CIMA)
  • At least 5yrs within a highly commercial finance role in FMCG / Consumer goods industry
  • Good understanding of the commercial drivers of a consumer business
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies
  • Strong influencing & presentation skills
  • A proactive attitude and positive approach to problem solving and challenges
  • Expertise in excel and financial modelling.
  • Experience in PowerBI and PowerPivot is a benefit
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing individuals and high-performing teams.
