Responsibilities
- Dive into the world of construction permitting and learn from internal resources
- Identify and assess opportunities for UX and visual improvements in the PF application
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Lead end-to-end design projects and work closely with customers, engineering, and other teams
- Help establish early processes that advocate for a design-centric approach
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to produce sales collateral and branding material
- Help design a beautiful and scalable permitting product
Requirements
- All applications must link to or include a portfolio
- 4+ years of experience designing software
- Experience with B2B products and complex workflows
- Comfortable with Figma, Notion, Linear or similar tooling
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong communication skills
- Technical competence to effectively communicate designs and decisions with engineers
