About the role

  • System Engineer providing 1st and 2nd Level Support for clients, focusing on modern workplace technologies at perinova. Join us in shaping the future of a modern work environment with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • 1st and 2nd level support in client management (O365, M365, Azure AD).
  • Administration and support of clients and user requests via telephone, email and chat.
  • Use of a ticketing system and documentation of activities within the ticketing system.
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software components.
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or career changer (m/f/d) with relevant experience.
  • Practical experience in IT support (first and second level).
  • Enthusiasm for the Modern Workplace and technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure.
  • Confident in using and documenting within ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills.
  • Open and friendly demeanor.
