About the role

  • Safety professional ensuring safe and compliant processes in industrial settings across Germany and Switzerland. Conducting risk analysis, accident investigations, and staff training for safety improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and accurately document risk analyses
  • Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and improve prevention measures
  • Ensure compliance and meet regulatory requirements
  • Optimize processes and develop standards
  • Support and participate in audits, ensuring measurable outcomes
  • Identify and assess hazards and risks
  • Implement preventive measures
  • Analyze and document accidents
  • Provide field-based support in Germany and Switzerland
  • Maintain reporting systems and ensure KPIs
  • Train and coach employees

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Degree in safety engineering or engineering is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in occupational safety
  • Experience in the chemical, food, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Switzerland
