Responsibilities
- Test and validate our Trading Mobile Application across iOS and Android.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable QA processes.
- Contribute to shaping and enhancing the overall QA strategy.
- Execute thorough manual testing across trading functionalities and platform components.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to support seamless delivery.
- Work effectively within a two-week Release Train cadence.
- Coordinate with a parallel automation team responsible for automated testing.
- Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, reviewing test strategies and plans.
- Support CI/CD readiness and improve release quality.
- Promote best practices in Agile, testing, and quality engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- Automation experience (Appium or similar) is an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
- Understanding of TDD, BDD, and mocking frameworks (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with tools for build/release automation (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Strong analytical thinking and a high attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, globally distributed team
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
