Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the development, standardization, and implementation of the corporate Trade Marketing strategy across all channels
Acts as guardian of the multichannel strategy, ensuring consistency between brand, execution, and commercial performance
Translate business objectives into structured, scalable channel plans
Ensure alignment between brand, in‑store execution, and commercial performance
Develop and manage the corporate promotional calendar
Plan, monitor, and control the Trade Marketing budget
Define, track, and analyze execution and outcome performance indicators (KPIs)
Establish governance, processes, and review rituals to monitor the Trade strategy
Support and guide regional teams in the correct application of the multichannel strategy.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing
Experience building multichannel strategies and channel plans
Experience managing Trade budgets and funds
Experience working in corporate environments with strong cross-functional interaction
Experience with data analysis and commercial performance metrics
