About the role

  • Coordenador de Trade Marketing overseeing corporate trade marketing strategy across channels. Leads alignment of brand, execution, and commercial performance in hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the development, standardization, and implementation of the corporate Trade Marketing strategy across all channels
  • Acts as guardian of the multichannel strategy, ensuring consistency between brand, execution, and commercial performance
  • Translate business objectives into structured, scalable channel plans
  • Ensure alignment between brand, in‑store execution, and commercial performance
  • Develop and manage the corporate promotional calendar
  • Plan, monitor, and control the Trade Marketing budget
  • Define, track, and analyze execution and outcome performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Establish governance, processes, and review rituals to monitor the Trade strategy
  • Support and guide regional teams in the correct application of the multichannel strategy.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing
  • Experience building multichannel strategies and channel plans
  • Experience managing Trade budgets and funds
  • Experience working in corporate environments with strong cross-functional interaction
  • Experience with data analysis and commercial performance metrics
