About the role
- Freelance Training Consultant based in Toulouse to design and deliver training for accounting firms. Minimum 10 days/month availability, significant accounting firm experience and strong teaching skills required.
Responsibilities
- Design and propose the most appropriate training module for new accounting firms
- Onboard with a team and a mentor to become familiar with the environment
- Facilitate group training sessions for participants
- Collect and analyze training needs
- Design questionnaires to gather user feedback
- Evaluate trainees and assess their performance
- Deliver training to strategic clients after 6 months
Requirements
- Significant experience in an accounting firm
- Availability of at least 10 days per month
- Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills
- Comfort and agility with Pennylane's digital tools
- Ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable presenting both in person and online
