Responsibilities
Commissioning live secure content for FS using our Ten Stage Quality Assurance program
Focusing on delivering excellent customer service throughout all tasks, projects and processes
Delivering FS Quals through the regulated processes of training standard verifiers, Pre standardisation, standardisation & awarding, approving grade boundaries which are fit for purpose and defendable
Updating and reporting on key management information to the QDAM, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate
Maintaining good working practices to maximise accuracy, economy, efficiency and security
Motivating and leading their sectors and teams of Senior AAs through constant change
Demonstrating a flexible approach to the role
Requirements
Previous experience within a customer focused setting, ideally within a complex business unit organisation
Experience of providing business support in a busy, matrixed, environment
Experience of data input and data management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Competent using IT, including databases, and common business support packages
Experience of improving efficiency and streamlining tasks in a complex administrative environment
Experience of managing and prioritising own workload
Experience of working in a customer facing environment
Hold a degree or other relevant qualification or experience
