About the role
- General Manager tasked with directing a $100M+ business in cybersecurity and networking for convenience retail and petroleum. Responsible for P&L performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- lead and scale a strategic $100M+ business delivering cybersecurity and networking solutions to distributed retail and petroleum enterprises
- accountable for full P&L performance
- responsible for delivering the complete value proposition across customers, employees, and investors
- drive strategy, top-line growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, and inorganic growth
- strengthen PDI’s competitive position in a rapidly evolving threat landscape
Requirements
- Proven P&L ownership of $100M+ in cybersecurity, networking, MSP/MSSP, or related technology services
- Deep expertise in managed security services, zero-trust architectures, and distributed enterprise networks
- Demonstrated success defining pricing, packaging, and margin strategy
- Track record of leading 3+ successful M&A integrations
- Strong financial rigor and sales partnership experience
- Experience in private equity-backed environments preferred
- Background in convenience retail, petroleum, or franchise ecosystems a plus
