About the role
- QA Warehouse Specialist responsible for ensuring quality control with incoming goods and packaging materials. Engaging in training and compliance with cGMP requirements for safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Sampling, approval and release incoming good, packaging materials and product
- Request Certificates of Analysis / Conformance for incoming goods
- Review and Filing of acetates for use in sampling
- Identify training needs and conduct staff training as required
- Management of the Supplier/Customer Defect (SCD) system
- Liaise with customers/supplier for artwork related queries
- Ensure excellence in Housekeeping
- Raise and close deviations and Corrective/Preventative actions as required
- Ensure activities observed are in compliance with the requirements of cGMP

- Capability to work towards set clear goals, communicate these clearly and ensure progress to completion meeting predefined targets
