Responsibilities
Product backlog management: Detailed elaboration, prioritization and maintenance of the backlog based on the roadmap provided by the Product Manager.
Requirements definition: Creation of precise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team (approx. 10 people).
Interface to the team: Daily collaboration and close coordination with the agile development team; primary point of contact for implementation-related questions.
Sprint planning & review: Responsible for sprint planning, acceptance of implemented features, and conducting sprint reviews.
Alignment with the Product Manager: Regular communication to ensure backlog prioritization reflects strategic objectives (product vision/roadmap).
Ensuring the "Definition of Done": Responsible for the quality of delivered increments.
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile software development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into detailed user stories.
Experience in leading a development team and backlog management.
Solid technical understanding of SAP, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Written and spoken German (native-level) and English (business proficient).
