Responsibilities
Establish overall business or technical strategy for user experience initiatives.
Negotiate with and influence decision-making reaching the senior executive level
Identify and resolve unique situations of substantial significance in user interface or interaction design
Allocate resources and apply creativity to enhancing user and customer experiences
Lead the development of user experience strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Support and mentor less-experienced roles to provide an example of innovation, excellence, and learning.
Requirements
10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Thorough command of the UX lifecycle with deep, direct experience in all skill areas and tools
Complete UX skillset, to deliver excellence across products and platforms
Familiarity and experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Framer, and Miro
High degree of craft, taste, and product intuition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in fintech or financial products is a plus.
Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located.
