Responsibilities
Monitor incoming requests from sales partners to ensure they are completed
Enter data into various systems
Respond to and initiate incoming/outgoing emails and telephone calls to facilitate the preparation and submission of merchant applications
Liaise with internal departments to ensure merchants' needs are met efficiently
Assist in processing applications to ensure merchant activation
Provide support for creating compliant merchant packages and perform data entry tasks as needed
Ability to assist risk and underwriting teams with additional work as required
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the payments industry
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Strong data entry skills
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, strong time-management skills, and strong interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving environment
Proficient with MS Office (experience with ZOHO is an asset)
