Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager providing product and service support to clients in the insurance industry. Focused on achieving customer satisfaction while managing commercial business accounts.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel
Responsible for rating of customer using carrier websites
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service
Handle renewal commercial lines submissions
Create proposals for Sales Executive
Support sales team and new producers to understand commercial lines coverage
Manage daily account management of assigned commercial business
Support all team projects and priorities as determined by management
Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by manager
Requirements
8+ years of previous commercial insurance customer service or insurance sales experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license
Claims experience is helpful, but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
