Responsibilities

Partner closely with executives, workstream leaders, and the Board of Directors, preparing high-quality materials, insights, and strategic updates to support decision-making.
Lead value-focused analyses, including business cases, financial models, opportunity sizing, and value tracking to quantify and communicate impact.
Shape transformation narratives by synthesizing complex workstream activity into compelling executive- and board-ready presentations.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across sales, product, operations, data & analytics, and other areas to ensure coordinated progress toward VCP targets.
Structure ambiguous problems, developing clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans to accelerate value realization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey preferred), or 2+ years post‑MBA or other graduate degree.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation or strategy programs.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience developing business cases and evaluating value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing materials for C-suite and Board audiences.
