- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across sales, product, operations, data & analytics, and other areas to ensure coordinated progress toward VCP targets.
- Structure ambiguous problems, developing clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans to accelerate value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
- 4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey preferred), or 2+ years post‑MBA or other graduate degree.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation or strategy programs.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience developing business cases and evaluating value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing materials for C-suite and Board audiences.
