About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of applications
- Help ensure high levels of service quality for the IT system
- Serve as the Level 2 (L2) support entry point for operations and escalate complex issues to Level 3 (L3)
- Be responsible for documentation and share technical-functional knowledge with users and colleagues
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned projects
- Ensure solutions comply with the IT architecture defined by the IT Operations Manager
- Participate in analysis and effort estimation
- Contribute to writing detailed technical specifications
- Carry out development tasks
- Participate in diagnostics, testing, development and deployment phases
- Follow best practices in development and design
- Proactively propose improvements to working methods
- Maintain communication with stakeholders
- Report to the IT Operations Manager
Requirements
- You are pursuing a Master's degree (M1/M2)
- Knowledge of application development: PHP, SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OOP
- Technical English (read, written, spoken)
- Ideally: familiarity with Git, Python, service-oriented architecture (SOA), front-end JavaScript, Talend flows
