Responsibilities
- Supervise the general accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable of the group’s companies.
- Ensure the reliability and compliance of the accounts in accordance with accounting and tax standards.
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and produce financial reporting within the required deadlines (within 8 days after period end).
- Prepare statutory accounting documents: balance sheet, income statement, notes and management report.
- Ensure monitoring of tax and regulatory obligations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors, external accountants and public authorities.
- Manage and coach the accounting team to develop skills and competencies.
- Contribute to improving processes and financial information systems.
Requirements
- Minimum degree equivalent to Bac+3/4 (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 10 years of experience, ideally split between 5 years in a public accounting firm and 5 years in industry.
- Experience in the industrial or telecommunications sectors is a plus.
- Rigour, analytical mindset, strong sense of responsibility and ability to lead and unite a team.
