About the role

• Analista de Sistemas improving function systems for a financial solutions company. Implementing improvements and ensuring quality in operations with user collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement improvements in the Função systems, ensuring alignment with users and vendors.
• Monitor supported applications and independently propose viable technical improvements.
• Support the production environment, resolving incidents and requests promptly.
• Manage the status of requests with vendors, following up on deliveries and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensure clear and assertive alignment of requirements with requesters.
• Document the functionality of delivered requests to promote organization and knowledge sharing.
• Perform thorough testing and validations to guarantee the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the Função systems and in application support/maintenance.
• Knowledge of SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with the following products: Consignado (payroll-deductible loans), Adiantamento Saque Aniversário FGTS (FGTS Anniversary Withdrawal Advance), Consignado Privado (E-Trabalhador), and Consignado Card.
• Ability to understand processes and map business requirements independently.
• Ability to design and execute tests that ensure delivery quality.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to negotiate with users and vendors.
