About the role
- Vice President leading global travel expense and strategic finance initiatives at Paramount. Responsible for optimizing processes and managing corporate travel and expense programs across global locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate initiatives centered around travel and expense management, working capital, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Ensure policy adherence, optimize processes, and drive strategic finance initiatives to enhance liquidity, efficiency, control, and risk management.
- Support the Working Capital Steering Committee in the execution of the liquidity uplift plan.
- Manage corporate and purchasing card programs, including banking relationships and credit risk oversight.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to investigate and tackle fraud cases.
- Provide analytical reporting and insights to business unit CFOs and the senior executive team to support decision-making.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including executive team of global T&E and finance functions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive culture.
- Prior experience in entertainment/media and international operations a plus.
- Expertise in Concur and Oracle systems; experience with general ledger integrations preferred.
