Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, or Core Accounting
- Recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA or European equivalent) is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of financial statements, double-entry bookkeeping, and consolidation rules
- Experience within a Big 4, Finance Transformation practice, or a top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial processes with hands-on functional experience in leading platforms such as Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday Financials, or SAP S/4HANA
- Client-facing skills to discuss variance analysis and data integrations with finance stakeholders
- Fluency in English essential; professional proficiency in another European language (German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is desirable
