About the role
- Senior Manager of Business Intelligence for Paramount Products & Experiences overseeing data solutions and reporting. Manage BI platforms and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and maintenance of BI platforms; partner with IT/Tech teams to manage execution.
- Manage data ETL pipelines and collaborate with vendors to ensure accuracy and address technical issues.
- Partner with Paramount Tech teams through the full development lifecycle to implement and update systems and data solutions.
- Champion strategic, impactful, and actionable reporting across PP&E organization.
- Create new and support existing reports and dashboards using a variety of BI tools.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored BI solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable Business Intelligence position (OR 2+ years with Master’s).
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
- Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.) and machine learning a plus.
- Experience in retail/consumer goods industries a plus.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines; desire to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Great verbal and written communications skills are required.
- Highly strategic mindset, with the ability to create data-driven solutions that deliver maximum impact and drive growth.
