About the role

  • BI Analyst building and evolving campaign performance data products for HealthCentral. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver clear, actionable insights and improve reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of campaign performance data products (dashboards reporting frameworks, and insight layers)
  • Translate complex, multisource data into clear decision-oriented insights and narratives
  • Identify performance drivers, trends, and opportunities across campaigns, content, and audiences
  • Design and maintain scalable BI dashboards for internal and client use
  • Define and standardize core metrics, business logic, and calculation frameworks
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into unified reporting layer
  • Help transition reporting from manual workflows to automated, productized reporting systems
  • Collaborate with product to share reporting experiences and client facing data tools

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in BI Analytics, digital marketing analytics, or data focused roles
  • Experience working with campaign performance or user engagement data
  • Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or similar)
  • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and metric standardization
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Basic SQL knowledge
