Responsibilities
Support the Corporate Tax Department in meeting strategic objectives related to local tax requirements for non-U.S. affiliates and U.S. international tax reporting obligations.
Build subject matter expertise in U.S. international tax laws and GAAP reporting requirements for foreign taxes.
Collaborate with foreign affiliate teams to collect and review tax reporting information.
Assist in identifying and resolving tax financial reporting issues.
Support various international tax matters, including transfer pricing and audit defense, as needed.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Accounting or a related field
0–2 years of corporate tax and/or public tax accounting experience
An active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Familiarity with U.S. federal international tax law and reporting requirements (e.g., Subpart F, Forms 5471, 8858, 8992 (GILTI/NCTI), 1118, 8991 (BEAT))
Foundational understanding of ASC 740 reporting concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and utilize company financial systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Advanced technology skills a plus: Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Power Query, Power BI, and/or Python
