About the role

• Software Quality Engineer responsible for developing policies and ensuring quality compliance at PagBank. Collaborating with teams and mentoring quality analysts for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality control policies and procedures.
• Identify, analyze and implement solutions to quality issues.
• Collect and analyze data to assess product and company performance against established quality standards.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure processes and products comply with applicable standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate with other teams to implement corrective actions.
• Provide quality control training to other professionals.
• Supervise and mentor other quality analysts in carrying out their tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving.
• Experience developing automated tests to ensure the quality of software and/or systems.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Pyramid, JUnit/Jupiter, Mockito and Spring Boot Test.
• Experience with test design and creating efficient, effective test cases.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with continuous integration and test automation tools such as Jenkins.
• To stand out in this position it would be a plus to have programming knowledge for automation such as Kotlin, Node.js or another language.
