About the role

• Product Designer Sênior designing end-to-end digital products for a fintech startup in Brazil. Collaborating across teams and using data-driven design principles for innovation and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of digital products, from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces with strong craftsmanship.
• Make design decisions informed by data, product metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Plan and conduct usability tests and rapid validations to reduce risk and support decision-making.
• Facilitate discovery, ideation, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, actively contributing to product decisions.
• Apply and contribute to the evolution of the Design System to ensure consistency and quality.
• Keep processes, decisions, and design learnings organized and well documented.
• Contribute to Design Ops practices to help the team become more efficient and scalable.
• Advocate for the user perspective, balancing business, technical, and user experience needs.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
• Generalist profile, comfortable working across both UX and UI.
• Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
• Excellent visual and interaction craft, with attention to detail and high-quality execution.
• Hands-on experience with product metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make design decisions grounded in data, research, and business context.
• Well organized, autonomous, and able to document processes and decisions clearly.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Clear communicator, collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
