About the role
- FP&A Manager responsible for executing revenue models and forecasts for Equinix. Collaborating with regional leaders to enhance financial planning and analysis across the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Execute the revenue forecasting process under the strategic direction
- Support creation of multi-scenario revenue models
- Drive forecast accuracy through rigorous analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality of inputs
- Perform detailed flux analysis, comparing forecast-to-actuals
- Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights
- Partner closely with CRO stakeholders
- Support implementation of modelling and forecasting processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
