About the role

  • Sales Process Lead optimizing sales processes for Pacific Life in a hybrid role. Collaborating with marketing, technology, sales, and product professionals to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as business lead on multiple key initiatives of the team
  • Drive daily interaction and execution
  • Be the first point of contact with business partners and stakeholders
  • Day-to-day vision communication and make tactical go/no-go decisions
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders while continuing to monitor progress to provide the best possible user experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years distribution experience in the financial services space with a focus on annuity/life third party distribution
  • 4yr College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently
  • Ability to drive accountability and lead projects
  • Customer oriented
  • Strong working knowledge of: Annuity and/or Life Products, Salesforce, Seismic
