Treasury Analyst supporting daily liquidity and banking operations at PG&E. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient treasury operations in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Support daily treasury operations including wire payments, bank account management, user access, positive pay, and servicing of securitization bonds
Own Sarbanes Oxley compliance testing for multiple departments within Treasury
Provide support in managing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external bank service providers
Responsible for opening/closing/modifying bank accounts when needed and any bank services
Prepare management reporting related to and administration of PG&E’s financing obligations
Assist with administration of credit facilities
Assist the accounting team with any transactional questions for accounting close and any other month end reporting needs
Participate in meetings with banking partners to learn and incorporate market insights into team decisions
Assist in streamlining processes and procedures across the organization, including identifying opportunities through new technologies and/or financial products
Establish, maintain, or terminate bank services - which includes analyzing services and reducing costs

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business-related discipline; or equivalent work experience
2 years of treasury operations experience
Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn
Basic understanding of LEAN management
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal and external organizations
Possess general technical knowledge
Ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal form
Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Good research and resolution skills
Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects
Demonstrates understanding of fundamental technical/professional concepts
