Responsibilities
Support implementation and day‑to‑day management of electric transmission engineering programs and initiatives.
Complete assignments of moderate scope and complexity, applying judgment and established program management practices.
Develop, monitor, and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and funding status using SAP.
Track program performance metrics and support development of routine and ad‑hoc reports, summaries, and presentations.
Participate on cross‑functional project teams to support achievement of program goals and milestones.
Communicate with peers inside and outside of PG&E to exchange information, gather inputs, and coordinate activities.
Support identification and tracking of program risks, issues, and dependencies.
Assist with internal and external data requests, audits, and regulatory support activities.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
10 years of related experience or equivalent.
Experience supporting projects or programs of moderate scope and complexity.
Working knowledge of budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience supporting electric transmission engineering, construction, or asset management programs.
Familiarity with utility operating environments and cross functional governance processes.
Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage competing priorities.
