- Auswertungen und Statistiken: Du präsentierst Zahlen so, dass sie verständlich werden und echte Insights liefern
- ERP Optimierungen und Prozessverbesserungen packst du aktiv an und bringst Themen spürbar voran
Requirements
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung
- Sicherheit bei Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
- MWST-Themen und Jahresabschlüsse gehören für dich zum routinierten Fachgebiet
- Freude an Zahlen, klaren Strukturen und den Anspruch, sauber zu arbeiten
- ERP Tools wie RIMO, REM, Abacus oder W&W ImmoTop nutzt du sicher und effizient
- Verständnis für Immobilienbewirtschaftung und Objektstrukturen
