Responsibilities
- Independently lead engaging business software projects with a focus on hospital/patient administration business processes
- Guide and advise clients through all project phases and foster a solution-oriented collaboration
- Take responsibility for requirements management, analyze existing workflows and design efficient processes
- Conduct practical training sessions and lead workshops
- Act as the interface between developers and clients
- Participate in testing and customer support to ensure the solutions perform well in daily operations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field or in healthcare
- Further training in business administration, business informatics, project and/or process management (or similar) is an advantage
- Professional experience in a specialist role within patient administration or a comparable function in a hospital, clinic or health insurance environment
- Important: you have knowledge of tariff structures and/or service billing (claims/billing)
- Strong affinity for digitalization, new technologies, processes and projects
- High social competence, confident and a team player
- Enthusiasm for new challenges, open-minded, eager to learn and motivated
