About the role
- Agile Project Manager and Product Owner leading product-focused projects in a hybrid setting. Collaborating with teams to drive project success in embedded systems and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead product-focused projects in an agile environment such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban
- Plan, control and implement complex initiatives from the roadmap through to the sprint
- Facilitate PI planning events, reviews and retrospectives
- Work closely with other Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders to ensure clear alignment
- Ensure deadlines, budget and quality while fostering an efficient team culture
- Support concise milestone planning and participate in relevant audits
- Create and maintain central project documentation such as master plans, roadmaps and release schedules
Requirements
- Degree in (industrial/)engineering, project management, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management and KPI reporting, ideally in an agile environment
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and traditional PM tools
- Ideally experience in embedded systems projects within a high-tech or industrial environment
- Very good German and English skills
