About the role

• Agile Project Leader and Product Owner leading product-centric projects in a Swiss technology company. Engaging in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies with a focus on stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-centric projects in an agile environment such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
• Plan, manage and execute complex initiatives from roadmap through to sprint delivery
• Serve both as Project Leader and as Product Owner
• Biweekly reporting on KPIs, budget including forecast vs. actual, resources and progress
• Facilitate PI plannings, reviews and retrospectives
• Work closely with other Product Owners, development teams and interfaces to ensure clear alignment
• Ensure deadlines, budget and quality while fostering an efficient team culture
• Support compact milestone planning and participate in relevant audits
• Create and maintain central project documentation such as master plans, roadmaps and release schedules
• Resource planning, reporting and risk management at the portfolio level including communication to the Management Board

Requirements

• Degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in project management and KPI reporting, ideally in an agile environment
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and traditional PM tools
• Ideally experience with embedded systems projects in a high-tech/industrial environment
• Clear communicator, confident facilitator and experienced in stakeholder management
• Very good German and English language skills
