About the role
- IAM Product Manager at If driving IAM product development and lifecycle management for digital transformation initiatives in the Baltic and Nordic markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and lifecycle management of external Identity & Access Management (IAM) products and services across multiple business areas and countries
- Enable secure, seamless, and personalized digital experiences for customers, partners, and employees
- Ensure the IAM portfolio is compliant, scalable, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements
- Support the delivery of modern digital experiences, including human and agentic interactions
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, legal teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality IAM solutions
- Guide teams in selected IAM capabilities, like identity management, authentication, authorization, digital signing, consent management and related IAM processes
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, delivering new IAM products and enhancements
Requirements
- Experience in product management and agile ways of working
- Knowledge in one or some of the IAM areas, such as authentication, identity management, authorization management, digital signing, consent management
- Awareness of compliance frameworks impacting IAM (e.g., GDPR, eIDAS, FiDA)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change
- Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate with colleagues from other countries; Latvian language skills are a plus
- Solid educational background, in either technology or business, preferably higher education degree
