About the role

  • Product Manager responsible for product discovery and delivery across digital products in a hybrid team. Collaborating with developers and designers to enhance user experience and drive product success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the discovery cadence for digital products - customer interviews, assumption testing, and opportunity mapping
  • Build and maintain Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) for each product, surfacing the highest-value problems to solve
  • Design and run lightweight experiments (prototype tests, A/B tests, concierge tests) to validate solutions before build
  • Synthesise qualitative and quantitative signals into clear evidence based product decisions
  • Champion continuous discovery across the team
  • Translate the digital north stars into quarterly outcome targets and a prioritised backlog for each product
  • Work with the Head of Digital to maintain a coherent product roadmap aligned to the KPI framework
  • Balance discovery work with delivery - ensuring the team always has a clear, validated queue of work to build
  • Own the sprint backlog, writing clear tickets for the dev team
  • Communicate product progress, risks and decisions to the Head of Digital and wider business stakeholders
  • Manage dependencies across digital products
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ticket writing, and reporting
  • Build reusable prompt patterns and workflows for recurring PM tasks
  • Reduce manual admin across the product function

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager on a consumer-facing digital product (app, web, or game)
  • Hands-on practice of Continuous Discovery - you’ve run regular customer interviews and used them to drive product decisions
  • Experience building or working with Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) or equivalent structured opportunity mapping frameworks
  • Comfortable designing and running experiments: A/B tests, prototype tests, assumption mapping
  • Data literate - able to interrogate product analytics and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strong backlog management and sprint delivery experience
  • Clear written communicator - able to write crisp tickets, concise briefs and stakeholder updates
  • Experience managing external development partners or agencies alongside an internal team
  • Confidence using AI tools to accelerate day-to-day PM work
  • **Desirable**
  • Experience on mobile apps
  • Experience with games, entertainment, or consumer lifestyle products
  • Exposure to live ops - post-launch iteration, remote config, experimentation at scale
  • Understanding of app store dynamics (Apple App Store, Google Play) and their impact on product decisions
  • Experience working with physical-to-digital product funnels
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms as part of a wider product ecosystem

Benefits

  • Annual Leave Entitlement (Full-time): 16 days, in addition to Bank and Public Holidays.

  • Each year you are entitled to a £500 bonus (pro rata) to put towards your holiday.
