Responsibilities
You will support the preparation of the company-wide planning process as well as regular rolling forecasts.
You will contribute to defining financial and performance-related KPIs and analysis areas, support data collection and derive recommendations for action.
You will analyze business performance and develop corresponding proposed measures.
You will assist in preparing reports and decision-making documentation for stakeholders such as executive management, capital providers and business units.
You will support various departments with commercial/financial questions.
You will actively participate in projects and ensure that controlling requirements are considered during planning and implementation.
You will help manage central controlling processes and work closely with other areas of the company.
You will contribute to the ongoing development of our controlling tools and systems.
Requirements
You are characterized by a structured approach to numbers and complex issues, combined with a strong quality mindset.
Your independent working style, very good conceptual skills and strong analytical and strategic thinking are among your strengths.
You are able to interpret complex issues, present them in a simplified way and communicate appropriately to the audience in German and English (min. B2).
You have initial professional experience (approx. 2–3 years) in controlling or controlling-related functions.
Ideally, you have experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
You enjoy working in a team, show initiative and feel comfortable in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification completes your profile.
