About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly financial statements
- Own and maintain the company-wide Accounting Policy Manual
- Lead the annual external audit
- Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Adaptive
- Own administration and optimization of SAP Concur
- Develop and maintain a robust process for tracking EBITDA adjustments
- Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proven experience leading or supporting system implementations
- Strong experience with Workday Adaptive
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working across multiple entities, geographies, or business units
- Ability to travel 50% with a reduction to 25% post project
