About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate production processes for print and digital projects
- Drive timelines and manage schedules to ensure all deliverables are met
- Manage production budgets and costs, ensuring financial accuracy
- Oversee typesetting and text design workflows to ensure quality and consistency
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to keep production running smoothly
- Support freelancer onboarding, briefing, workload scheduling and quality checks
- Ensure all products are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards
- Maintain production master files, data records and version control
Requirements
- Printing, production, or related qualification (print and/or digital)
- Undergraduate degree in publishing studies or relevant field (advantageous)
- Minimum 4 years’ work experience, including at least 2 years in a production or publishing environment
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe applications/DTP software (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Experience with book production, print workflows and digital production processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
