Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate legal or in-house environment
- Experience with corporate governance, regulatory filings, and due diligence for transactions
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to standardize, automate, and optimize legal processes
- Trustworthiness and high ethical standards
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment
- Passion for legal innovation and continuous improvement
- Full proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus.
