About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update and monitor job progress including scheduling, estimating and budgeting
  • Perform quantity take off, cost estimates and bid solicitation
  • Purchase and coordinate the delivery of materials for the project
  • Review and approve invoices and change orders
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Review vendor and subcontractor shop drawing submittals
  • Attend weekly job site meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports for project management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Minimum of three years related experience
  • Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • May require working knowledge of scheduling applications
