About the role

Responsibilities
- Help us digitize international freight transportation!
- Lay the foundations of our GenAI platform for the coming years.
- Collaborate with the tech team to apply software engineering best practices to AI development (CI/CD, observability, etc.).
- Build tools to improve AI model performance and adoption (human-in-the-loop systems, etc.).
- Work on prompt engineering and agent development.
- Develop and deploy at least one AI agent to support our operations team with document processing.
- Reduce manual document processing time by 40% through AI-powered automation.
Requirements
- You have graduated from an engineering school or are currently seeking your end-of-studies internship.
- You have experience building and improving GenAI applications (from university projects, internships, or similar).
- Familiarity with our tech stack, or a strong willingness to learn it (TypeScript, React, Node).
- You enjoy sharing knowledge, are supportive, and committed to helping others grow.
- Humble and adaptable, you learn quickly in a fast-evolving tech landscape and can grasp the specifics of the transport industry.
- Detail-oriented and diligent with high standards; you are motivated by impact and results.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with GenAI observability tools such as Langfuse or Langsmith.
- Experience with tools used to build GenAI applications, e.g., for OCR, case detection, or generative tasks.
- Familiarity with development frameworks (e.g., Agile, Kanban).
