About the role
- Mechanical Draftsperson designing HVAC systems for a growing BPO in the Philippines. Collaborating on detailed models and shop drawings using Autodesk Revit for successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and detailed 3D mechanical services models using Revit.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings for HVAC installations, including duct work, pipework, and equipment layouts.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained and documentation is constructible.
- Incorporate and manage fabrication-level detailing in Revit for prefabrication and site installation purposes.
- Ensure models and drawings are compliant with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants via platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM Collaborate (preferred).
- Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and documentation accuracy.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsperson in the HVAC or building services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for mechanical modelling and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience preparing shop drawings for mechanical/HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with fabrication parts and content within Revit.
- Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) BIM Collaborate is highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction and mechanical services standards
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
