- Strong knowledge of OLTP systems, Database Administration, Data Warehousing, backup/recovery, and database replication.
- Experience with database lifecycle management, automation, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with Oracle RDBMS, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and cloud-native databases such as Snowflake or Redshift.
- Hands-on experience with Goldengate Replication.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet) and automation frameworks.
- Experience with AWS database services (RDS, Aurora) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and coordinate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
