About the role

  • Implementing CIGAM software through training and parameterization for clients. Assisting implementation consultants and documenting project activities while following CIGAM methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute implementation projects for the CIGAM software, performing system training and parameterization activities.
  • Document the activities performed according to the Client’s request and the project management standards.
  • Configure the ERP according to previously defined settings.
  • Train the client and users on the CIGAM tool, enabling them to use the system’s available features.
  • Support the work of the Implementation Consultant by performing sustainment and support activities for the planned deliveries.
  • Study the company’s products technically in order to represent the company effectively.
  • Follow the procedures established by the CIGAM Implementation Methodology (MIC).
  • Record activities (internal or external) executed (work orders) daily in the Service Management module.
  • Validate processes and customizations implemented.
  • Create and prepare simulations of the production environment.
  • Monitor usage and adjustments in the client’s production environment (database).
  • Support the sales team during system demonstrations.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials for the CIGAM ERP.
  • Deliver in-person and/or remote training on the CIGAM ERP.
  • Periodically participate in implementation review meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and operational support to development, support, and sales teams when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of practices and techniques for process analysis, mapping, and design (BPM) is desirable.
  • Experience in people training and development practices is desirable.
  • Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook).
  • Experience in business areas relevant to the role (administration, logistics, inventory, warehouse).
  • Customer service experience is desirable.
  • Experience working in a team is desirable.
  • Experience in implementing and/or using ERP software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
