Responsibilities
Perform control, verification and settlement of custody operations for financial assets (fixed income, equities, funds, derivatives and government securities);
Perform daily reconciliation between internal positions and positions reported by central depositories (CETIP/B3/CIP);
Analyze and process corporate actions (interest payments, amortizations, maturities, splits and subscriptions);
Monitor securities movements, custody transfers and account information updates;
Record and maintain information in the custody system, ensuring data integrity and traceability;
Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections by the Central Bank (Banco Central) and CVM;
Ensure adherence to Compliance rules and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) policies related to custody processes;
Prepare control, reconciliation and operational performance reports, highlighting inconsistencies and proposing improvements;
Interact with external counterparties (B3, custodian banks, broker-dealers, funds) and internal areas (Risk, Compliance, Treasury) to resolve discrepancies;
Support the automation and optimization of operational routines, contributing to the continuous improvement of back-office processes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
PQO (B3) Backoffice or Custody certification (active or immediate availability to obtain certification);
Availability to work onsite at Av. Paulista 3x/week;
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience in custody, settlement and back-office financial operations;
Knowledge of regulations from CVM, ANBIMA and BACEN applicable to custody;
Knowledge of structured products and investment funds;
Experience with automation tools and system reconciliation solutions;
