About the role

Responsibilities
- Attend and document the progress of internal and external meetings;
- Organize project files;
- Support the coordinator in project reviews and confirm the adopted solutions with them;
- Perform quantity takeoffs for Otus' executive architectural drawings and validate them with the coordination analysts.
Requirements
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week;
- Availability for a hybrid schedule (on-site in Florianópolis/SC twice a week and 3 days remote);
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or enrolled in a Building Technician program;
- Reside in Florianópolis or the surrounding area;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Basic knowledge of BIM software.
