- Senior Developer at Grupo AFL contributing to the development of technology projects and modern data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust microservices-based architectures and large-scale data processing;
- Develop advanced data ingestion and analytics solutions, integrating Big Data technologies and SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Define infrastructure standards on AWS, ensuring efficiency, security and automation in services such as Lambda, ECS, RDS, Glue and ECR;
- Act strategically in technical decision-making and define best practices for the development team;
- Create and validate data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring quality, reliability and scalability in data ingestion and processing;
- Ensure test coverage, code reviews and high-level software engineering practices;
- Mentor developers, promoting best practices in programming, architecture and DevOps culture;
- Prepare technical documentation to support understanding and implementation of rules and code.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of Backend development experience with Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI);
- Strong knowledge of React and/or Next.js for building modern, high-performance interfaces;
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and NoSQL;
- Extensive experience with AWS (Lambda, RDS, ECS, ECR, Glue), scalable infrastructure and application monitoring;
- Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns;
- Strong proficiency with Git and GitHub;
- Advanced knowledge of data pipelines, ETL and data modeling for analytics.
