About the role
- Intern supporting operational project management and assisting project leaders at Ottobock. Engaging in various tasks from reporting to project planning within a global framework.
Responsibilities
- You support project managers in operational project management, e.g., monthly reporting, project planning and project controlling
- You coordinate technical matters between the Project Management Office and cross-functional stakeholders
- You prepare presentations and project status reports — you are also responsible for preparing decision documents for future product projects
- You help further develop project management methods
Requirements
- You are studying Medical Technology, Business Administration, Economics or Natural and Engineering Sciences
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are strong in communication — your German and English skills are very good, both written and spoken
- You are confident using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and MS Project
- A project management certificate (IPMA Level D or PMI CAPM) is desirable
- You work independently, and are organized and structured
- Your working style is proactive, responsible and structured; your approach is both goal- and team-oriented
