About the role

  • Compliance Coordinator managing documentation and compliance for machinery at Ottobock. Collaborating with production and technical teams to maintain safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • You support work preparation and planning by creating and maintaining master data for equipment and technical locations in the ERP system (SAP)
  • You ensure transparency and structure in maintenance and inspection processes by creating and maintaining maintenance plans and checklists according to manufacturer specifications and internal guidelines
  • You coordinate and commission expert and competency inspections, for example TÜV inspections for equipment and technical installations
  • You ensure complete and legally compliant documentation across various systems and filing structures
  • You monitor changes to relevant standards and regulations in facility management, assess their relevance for Ottobock, and forward the necessary information to the specialist departments
  • You support the legally compliant operation of our FM systems by keeping track of compliance with legal requirements, inspection obligations, and regulatory conditions
  • You analyze KPIs and processes in the FM compliance environment and, together with the specialist departments, derive optimization measures
  • You work closely with production, engineering and other departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience (preferably in facility management, maintenance, or a technical environment)
  • Alternatively, a dual study program, e.g., in Business Administration with a focus on technical processes
  • Technical understanding of machines, equipment, and testing processes is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and guidelines in facility management
  • Very good SAP skills, ideally in maintenance or asset management
  • Experience with CAFM systems is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Structured, independent and responsible working style
  • Strong organizational skills and a pronounced quality and compliance awareness
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and a hands-on mentality in a production environment
