About the role
- Senior Product Designer responsible for designing digital products addressing business challenges in an agile tech company. Leading end-to-end design process in collaboration with developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of diverse projects from discovery through delivery
- Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other user research activities
- Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is reflected in the implementation
- Present and clearly explain your design decisions to clients and internal teams
- Contribute to internal design reviews, mentor other designers, and help evolve our design standards
- Stay current on tools, trends, and methods that advance product design practice
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in consulting, agency, or technology environments
- Highly efficient and self-driven, able to manage your time and priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable in meetings and able to align teams around a clear direction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative approach to interdisciplinary teamwork
- Strategic approach to design problems, balancing user needs with business objectives
- Naturally collaborative—actively engage peers to raise the quality of work
- Curious and passionate about understanding human behavior, motivation, and decision-making
- Proficient in Figma, with solid experience working with design systems and responsive design across devices and platforms
- Demonstrated experience in user research and usability testing
- Experience working on teams using Agile methodology
